How do I join and book trips?
It really is straightforward.
Simply call us on 01452 502100, between 9.00am-1.30pm, Monday to
Thursday (to 1.00pm on Fridays), and we can register you as a member
and book your first trip all in one phone call! You can then normally
travel with us as regularly as you like.
Alternatively you can of course complete the 
and e-mail to us.
Things worth remembering –
- Phone 01452 502100 to book any trip – just tell
us where and when you want to go
- We aim to give your preferred time but as we
try to help as many people as possible we may ask you to alter
times on occasion. This applies to regular bookings as well (see
below)
- Try to give us as much notice as possible for
your trips – at least 48 hours is best. This is particularly important
for appointments
- Regular trips – eg daily, weekly or monthly
- simply need to be booked once and you will normally be on the
schedule unless you tell us otherwise
- Please be ready 15 minutes either side of the
booked pick up time
- Be prepared to share transport as we are not
a taxi – it is a social thing as well!
- Even Gloucester Dial-a-Ride can be held up in
the Gloucester traffic
