Can I use Gloucester Dial-a-Ride?

  • Arthritis
  • Asthmatic
  • Fraility

  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Vision and / or hearing impairment
  • Wheelchair users *

There are many other disabilities and if you think we could help you then simply pick up the phone and call us on 01452 502100.

*Please note that our minibuses are fully accessible and can therefore accommodate most wheelchairs. However when joining Dial-A-Ride our staff may need to ask you a few questions to make sure that your wheelchair meets our vehicle specification.

Can someone travel with me?

Of course - we want you to feel safe, secure and enjoy traveling with us. To enable this you are very welcome to bring your carer (travels free) or a friend (pays same fare as you). Hopefully this gives you more support, encouragement and enjoyment for getting out and about.
